Shaka Player Chromecast support

Shaka Player provides an implementation for Chromecast (sender) in the Player UI Controls library.

warning

Shaka implementation of Chromecast only works if you use their controls UI library shaka-player/dist/shaka-player.ui. It doesn't work if you only use the regular js library shaka-player.
